Lush Lip Scrub in Sweet Lips

I can't even explain how dry my lips are. I'm always smothering my lips in balm. I probably get through more lip balm then any other product, especially in winter. I've always been intrigued by Lush lip scrubs (I never got round to attempting a DIY one), but never really got round to trying any, so when my aunt gave me a Lush voucher for my birthday I went and bought Sweet Lips.

Sweet Lips is a vanilla and chocolate scrub. It smells and tastes divine. It contains castor sugar and also jojoba oil to keep your lips moisturised. The product does tend to fall off the lips, so I'd recommend using a tiny bit and working slowly. You only need a tiny bit of it, I can see this little jar lasting me a good while! It isn't by any means really moisturising, but it made my lips so much smoother and softer, and removed most of the flakiness which had been driving me crazy for the past few winter months. Having never tried a DIY scrub or any other scrubs for that matter I can't really compare it, but I'm loving this little jar!

The scrub costs £4.95 for 25 grams. You can buy it from Lush stores or their website.

What's your favourite lip balm/scrub? Have you tried any of the Lush lip products?

Disclaimer: I bought this product with a voucher given to me as a gift.

    1. I almost went for the bubblegum one but I was tempted by the chocolate in the end! The sugar does go everywhere (especially the first time I used it), I try and use a tiny bit to try and make less of a mess. x
