L'Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser

I've been using this cleanser for a few weeks now so I thought it was overdue for a review! Before I tried this I had only used L'Occitane body products. All the previous L'Occitane products have been amazing, so I had very high expectations for this! I have a tester version of this, but the full bottle costs £14.00 for 200ml.

I have very oily skin, with my nose very prone to shininess. I've tried lots of products in an attempt to calm it down, but the majority usually break me out or make the oiliness worse. Because of this, I tend to expect the worst with most skincare products, but my mum (who has rosacea) loves their skincare range so I decided to give it a go. The trail version I have contains 50ml.

The packaging is nice, and this version has a hygienic nozzle, and you can dispense exactly the right amount of product. The full size version has a pump.

A little bit goes a long way with this cleaner. I need the smallest bit for my whole face. It's a silvery colour. I've been using this for ages and I haven't gotten anywhere near the bottom of the trail version. This cleaner leaves my face very soft and oil and shine free. It doesn't make skin feel tight either, and more importantly, doesn't break me out! If anything, I've seen a reduction in my skin issues.

This product is on the more expensive side at £14.00, but I've used cleansers more expensive than this one that haven't worked and left my skin a mess, so I'm definitely happy to pay the full price for something that works for me.

What skincare range do you swear by? Have you used any of the L'Occitane skincare products?

Unrelated note: I've published this post without page breaks as a test to see what I think to not having them! Please vote on the poll on the sidebar.

Disclosure: This product was given to me by a friend.
