Question Wednesday: Pets!

Super quick post today, I have an exam for uni on Friday so I'm spending my days revising. This is another Question Wednesday post from My Mane Blog.

1. How many pets do you have and what are their names?
At the moment I have a little cat called Thomasina. She's a red tabby, and she's 13 two weeks today!  I used to have a bunny when I was small but he sadly passed away a long time ago.

2. Why do you have pets?

I love cats, and she keeps me company. We got Thomasina when I was six, after I literally begged my parents to let me get one! I love her, I can't imagine life without her now! She's part of the family.

3. What is your dream pet?

Thomasina is my dream pet! When I was little I always wanted a ginger cat. I'd love to get another bunny too though, or a kitten to keep Thomasina company.

4. If you could domesticate any wild animal and have it for a pet what would it be?

Probably a red panda, so cute!

5. Let's solve the biggest pet debate: Cats or Dogs?

Cats for sure! I'm massively phobic about dogs. It's really bad. If I know that a house that I have to walk past owns a dog, I'll go out of my way to avoid it just in case, or I'll run past. I'm terrified, and I have been since I was about 2, it's a long story! So it's definitely kitties for me!

My old bunny!

And some baby kitten pictures of Thomasina...

Do you have any pets? Let me know if you've done this post!

  8. Completely unrelated to this post, but I know that sometimes when you reply to posts on your own blog people don't see them.
Since you're doing English I think you should definately get a Kindle, because of the copyright laws not applying to old books most of the texts you need can be downloaded for free. Plus you can put your own pdfs on there. Also, when writing essays you can just search for certain words/phrases and it'll come up with everytime they appear.

Sorry for that ramble! On topic, your blog is lovely and your hair is stunning. I am just about to locate the follow button.

    1. I never knew that! I've spend so much money trying to hunt books down for my course. It's definitely something that I'll look into. My Dad has one but doesn't it, I may steal it from him at some point, haha. This was really helpful, thank you so much for getting back in touch!

      Thank you! x

    1. I had some serious allergies when I was smaller, luckily they seem to have improved as I've got older (I also bought an air purifier to help). My cousin has the same problem, she loves pets and would love to get a dog but she can't. I used to have a goldfish, I forgot to mention it on this post actually! x

  13. Does the neighbours Red Tabby count? Did you know that Red Tabby females only account for about 2% of Red Tabbies? That means Thomasina is extra special!

    1. I count my neighbours red tabby as mine too, haha. He comes to visit us at weekends. I knew that the females were rare but I didn't realise how rare! That's really surprising. x
